Pepper Steak Stir Fry
A tasty meal both simple and full of essential vitamins and minerals. Worth a try for a well-rounded and delicious lunch or dinner.
A quick, straightforward, oriental lunch is what this recipe from Key for Keto provided. It was delicious and the finished dish was better than our usual take-out option.
With savory strips of beef, tender mushrooms, and sweet peppers, this dish is full of flavor and perfect for your keto diet. Simply heat some oil in a wok or skillet over medium high heat, add the garlic and beef, and cook until the meat is browned. Then, stir in the onion and pepper, along with corn (if using), soy sauce, and broth. Cook until the mushrooms become soft, stirring occasionally, then add the beef back in to heat through. This recipe was surprisingly simple but packs really great flavors. One of my favourites.
