What are the benefits of cooking with coconut oil?
Coconut oil has many different uses in the kitchen, from frying to baking to sautéing. One of the most popular ways to use coconut oil is in keto cooking, as it is a great source of healthy fats that can help you get into ketosis quickly and easily. Great for this omelette recipe.
Whether you are using liquid or solid coconut oil, its smoke point makes it an ideal choice for cooking at high temperatures without risking harmful carcinogens being released into your food. Coconut oil is solid at room temperature so typically stays solid even when used at lower temperatures.
