Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed ice, divided
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • 0.5 cup raspberries
  • 0.5 cup blackberries
  • 0.5 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender, place 1/2 cup of ice. Add the almond milk and coconut oil. Blend to combine.
  2. Add the blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, vanilla and remaining 1/2 cup of ice.
  3. Blend for 1 minute, or until smooth, and serve.
