Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yoghurt (you can use almond milk or coconut milk yoghurt)
  • 0.5 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew or almond milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp ground chia seed
  • 2 tbsp Swerve sweetener or equivalent sweetener
  • Feel free to add protein powder, collagen or any other supplement that appeals to you

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in blender and blend well until smooth.
  2. Divide among 2 glasses and serve.
