Rich and creamy, with bursts of flavour from the blackberries and raspberries. Made with coconut milk, so it's packed with healthy nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed ice, divided
  • 1 cup unsweetened, full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 0.5 cup raspberries
  • 0.5 cup blackberries
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, place 1/2 cup of ice. Add the coconut milk, and the coconut oil. Blend to combine.
  2. Add the raspberries, blackberries, coconut flakes and remaining 1/2 cup of ice.
  3. Blend for 1 minute, or until smooth, and serve.
