Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed ice, divided
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp heavy (whipping) cream
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted

Instructions

  1. In a blender, place 1/2 cup of ice. Add the blueberries, almond milk, heavy cream, and coconut oil. Blend to combine.
  2. Add the avocado and remaining 1/2 cup of ice.
  3. Blend for 1 minute, or until smooth, and serve.
