The smell of this recipe will lure everyone, even though they are not aware you are cooking a recipe based on a keto diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, large
  • 8 bacon slices
  • 9 large eggs
  • 1 cup of whole milk
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp of paprika
  • 2 cups cheddar, shredded
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • Black pepper and salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 340 F.
  2. Grate the cauliflower.
  3. Spread over a baking dish.
  4. Cook the bacon over medium heat. And transfer on a plate lined with paper towel to drain the excess fat.
  5. In a bowl whisk the milk, eggs, garlic and paprika, then season with black pepper and salt.
  6. Sprinkle the cauliflower with cheddar, green onions (reserve some), bacon and pour the egg mixture.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes until the eggs are well cooked.
  8. Garnish with green onions. Serve and enjoy
