Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed ice, divided
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.25 cup heavy (whipping) cream
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened vanilla protein powder
  • 1.5 tsp green tea powder

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the almond milk, cream, coconut oil, protein powder, green tea powder and ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth and then pour into a tall glass to serve.
