Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 small red chili, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 0.25 cup scallions, diced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Sauce: 2tbsp sesame oil, 1/4 cup tamari, 2-4tbsp natvia, 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. To make the sauce just mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over high heat. Stir￾fry the onion, chili and garlic for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the beef and cook until browned.
  4. Pour the sauce and let it simmer until it thickens. This will coat the beef.
  5. Remove from heat and add the sesame seeds and scallion. Mix well.
  6. Serve hot or warm with cauliflower rice.
