Simply blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy, then pour into a tall glass and enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 apple (peeled, cored and chopped)
- 0.5 cup milk (I used organic unsweetened almond milk)
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon (more depending on your taste)
- 1 cup non dairy yogurt or 1/2 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for a few minutes until the desired texture is reached. Its that quick and easy.
- Pour in to a tall glass and enjoy your apple pie smoothie.
